Spinach tortellini with fresh parsley and a homemade lemon butter sauce. Green beans tossed in olive oil and a small bit of sea salt, broiled cherry tomatoes yummy.
What was your Sunday dinner?
Well I am working till around 5pm today a 2 hr meeting is turning into 4 I am on a 30 minute break then back to the conference call. Eating goldfish, and drinking a diet pepsi…talk about refuel.
So today consists of a 2 1/2 hr meeting with my editor at 12pm, then off to pick out pretty plates for the photo-shoot next week, then possibly a delicious warm latte to top it off on this cold and rainy November day. Photo From: http://danielhumphries.typepad.com/coffee/latte-art/ love the pics

You will need a food processor for this recipe
1 shallot
1 tsp dijon musard
little bit red wine vinegar( to your taste)
lemon ( juice of it)
olive oil
this is a good way to balance the acidity and sweetness of your dressing: 1 part vinegar, to 3 parts olive oil
Mix shallot, dijon mustard, and red wine vinegar together in food processor.
After its mixed add lemon juice to taste.
drizzle olive oil in the mixture about 2 tbsp. add more if needed
you can always add parsley, fresh thyme to the dressing too.

If you have never received the chance to visit “Extraordinary Desserts” in San Diego CA. You are missing out! This is one of the best bakeries I have ever been too! The cakes are amazing, and quite beautiful along with tasting decadent! Since a lot of my work is out west. I try to stop by this bakery when ever I get a chance!
Sweet Finn, visited with him and the family today. We ate at crossroads, and had a nice afternoon out. Meeting tomorrow with my branding/marketing manager, and a Tuesday meeting with my editor. Back to the usual after this nice thanksgiving weekend.
Well the second food shoot is coming up in the second week of december. Excited that my art director/book designer can come down for it. I am also thankful my photographer is able to come down a day early to help plan out the shoot with me. This coming week is gonna be a roller coaster getting the groceries for the shoot, plateware etc. it’s all in a days work for a young author trying to make it in this crazy world.
