I told you I would give you the salad dressing recipe!

You will need a food processor for this recipe

1 shallot

1 tsp dijon musard

little bit red wine vinegar( to your taste)

lemon ( juice of it)

olive oil

this is a good way to balance the acidity and sweetness of your dressing: 1 part vinegar, to 3 parts olive oil

Mix shallot, dijon mustard, and red wine vinegar together in food processor.

After its mixed add lemon juice to taste.

drizzle olive oil in the mixture about 2 tbsp. add more if needed

you can always add parsley, fresh thyme to the dressing too.
