Sweet Finn, visited with him and the family today. We ate at crossroads, and had a nice afternoon out. Meeting tomorrow with my branding/marketing manager, and a Tuesday meeting with my editor. Back to the usual after this nice thanksgiving weekend.

Food shoot is coming soon!

Well the second food shoot is coming up in the second week of december. Excited that my art director/book designer can come down for it. I am also thankful my photographer is able to come down a day early to help plan out the shoot with me. This coming week is gonna be a roller coaster getting the groceries for the shoot, plateware etc. it’s all in a days work for a young author trying to make it in this crazy world.

The book

Some of you know me, or if you are just reading this for the first time, I am currently writing my first cookbook. My book is different than most, but I guess every author says that right? It has been an amazing year so far traveling back and forth to the east and west coast. Trying to manage culinary school, and my company. Overall it has been one amazing ride.

I hope all of you get your copies when it comes out in August. It has been an amazing experience writing a book.
